Bad Dish's Support?

Hi!

Is it me or is Dish e-mail support really bad? I filled out their e-mail
forms to contact Dish three times this week with questions about their
TV services, but so far no e-mail replies. I used two different e-mail
addresses too. This is not looking good who is interested in buying
their service. TWC and DirecTV were quick and responsive though!

Do you REALLY think Dish (who are already ignoring you now) will offer you
better personalized service AFTER you commit to a binding contract for two
years ?

But I haven't subscribed to its service. I am only asking product/sales
questions about their satellite TV services. :(

BTW, someone finally replied to my e-mail after five days. :(
